With over 45 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Church’s background covers banking, institutional performing and non-performing asset management, and real estate development. He obtained his masters in Real Estate Management from Webster University – St. Louis, Missouri and undergraduate degree from Indiana University-Bloomington, Indiana. As a resident of Gaston County for over 25 years, he is Owner of Centra Properties, LLC and Chronicle Millworks, a design/build custom furniture maker. He and his wife Jennifer are members of Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church and Gaston County Rotary Clubs.

Jennifer Church is the Broker in Charge of Centra Properties, LLC. Jennifer possesses a varied background of achievement and extensive knowledge in real estate, with 20 years of experience in various aspects of the real estate industry;- specializing in Tenant Advisory Services, as well as Landlord Representation, Commercial Property Management and Development. She worked with the acquisition/development team of the Chronicle Mill, a 244-unit mixed use residential development in Belmont, NC. Jennifer graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Finance. Jennifer holds an active broker’s license in both North and South Carolina and has lived in North Carolina since 1996. She is active in her community as a volunteer with the Belmont Main Street Program, as well as past work with the Cathy Mabry Cloninger Women’s Shelter, Family Promise, and Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church.
Gerard J. Roche - Broker in Charge
Jerry Roche received his undergraduate B.S. degree from the University of Maryland. Then he served as an officer in the United States Army. He was awarded his Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University. He worked in the corporate world as President of a multi-unit distribution company. There, along with his presidential responsibilities he also functioned as landlord, tenant, buyer and seller of commercial real estate, as well as, investor. He then founded Centra properties in 2001.
