Jerry Roche received his undergraduate B.S. degree from the University of Maryland. Then he served as an officer in the United States Army. He was awarded his Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University. He worked in the corporate world as President of a multi-unit distribution company. There, along with his presidential responsibilities he also functioned as landlord, tenant, buyer and seller of commercial real estate, as well as, investor. He then founded Centra properties.
